€35.00Two original small paper Cold War-era informational posters of the 6th Allied Tactical Air Force (6th ATAF), the NATO tactical air command responsible for the air defense coordination of Greece and Turkey in Southeast Europe. Established in Izmir, Turkey in the early 1950s after Greek and Turkish accession to NATO (1952), the 6th ATAF played a major role in the strategic defense structure of the Eastern Mediterranean.
The first poster illustrates the NATO Air Force network in Southeast Europe, showing command sectors and air bases including Larisa, Eskisehir, Ankara, and Diyarbakir.
The second features the official 6th ATAF insignia with jet aircraft in formation and NATO identification.
These are authentic period prints, not modern reproductions.

The work contains 52 artistic photographic plates depicting the monasteries, sketes and landscapes of the Holy Mountain, accompanied by historical notes in Greek and French.
The publication bears the official approval of the Holy Community of Mount Athos (Prot. No. 47, 15 February 1928), confirming its authenticity and ecclesiastical endorsement.
Fair to Good. The album shows noticeable external wear and may lack the original front cover or it may be significantly worn. Internal pages show age toning and scattered foxing, mainly to preliminaries. All 52 photographic plates are present, clean and well-preserved, with strong contrast and no fading. Text complete and fully legible. Binding remains generally stable.
