The title page notes supervision by Thomas Combe and states that the text is rendered “from the archetypes” (ἐκ τῶν ἀρχετύπων), reflecting the traditional Koine/Septuagint and New Testament Greek text widely used in the Orthodox world during the 19th century.
This is a solid example of BFBS missionary/educational printing in Greek, produced for distribution across Greek-speaking communities.
