This official document certified successful completion of a 15-minute swimming test as part of the physical training program of the German youth organizations. Such certificates formed part of the state-controlled education and physical training system of the period.
The document bears the printed heading “Der Jugendführer des Deutschen Reichs” and features period typography and official layout. This example remains unissued.
