Dated 1923, this is a fascinating multi-lingual commercial accounting document printed in Ottoman Turkish, Armenian and French, reflecting the multicultural character of Constantinople in the early 20th century.
The document bears an original Ottoman revenue stamp (10 paras) and contains authentic handwritten entries of purchased items and amounts, with a total sum recorded.
The name and multilingual format strongly suggest that the bookshop was most probably Armenian-owned.

Offered is a rare lot of two original statutes booklets (Καταστατικά) issued in Athens in 1924 by the Armenian Red Cross and the Armenian Blue Cross, documenting the earliest organized welfare efforts of the Armenian refugee community in Greece.
Printed in the immediate aftermath of the Armenian Genocide and the Asia Minor Catastrophe, these publications represent primary-source institutional documents from the formative period of Armenian diaspora organization in interwar Greece.
