Original 1878 Austro-Hungarian notarized marriage contract (Hiteles Kiadvány – Közjegyzői okirat), issued in Brassó / Brașov (Transylvania) by the Royal Notary Nemes Péter, whose embossed and ink seals appear clearly on the document.

The contract is written primarily in Hungarian, with Latin/Romanian title (Contractu de mariajii) and additional French annotations.

Fold lines, some age toning, minor edge wear, small archival repairs at folds. Wax seal on reverse partially worn but intact. Manuscript text clear and legible.

Original ecclesiastical legal document issued by the Eastern Orthodox Consistory of the Archdiocese of Transylvania, dated 1881–1883.

Elkington & Co. Limited – Silver & Electro Plate Works.

Elkington & Co was one of the most important British industrial companies in silverware and electroplating during the 19th and early 20th century.

This is a genuine Edwardian-era commercial document, confirming receipt of payment by cheque.

Original 1918 exam certificate (Einzelprüfungs-Zeugnis) issued by the Imperial-Royal Technical University in Vienna (K.K. Technische Hochschule in Wien).

The document certifies that a student from Kirk Kilisse (Kırklareli, Eastern Thrace – then part of the Ottoman Empire) attended the School of Mechanical Engineering during the academic year 1917–1918, and successfully completed courses in:

• Darstellende Geometrie (Descriptive Geometry)

• Konstruktives Zeichnen (Constructive Drawing)

Both examinations were graded “Vorzüglich” (Excellent).

Original French “Quittance de Loyer” rent receipt, dated 10 December 1923.
Handwritten rental payment certificate issued in France, featuring a 25c fiscal stamp (timbre fiscal) and ink cancellation. The document records the payment of 100 francs.

Refugee Era Institutional Statutes – LOT of 2 Original Booklets

Offered is a rare lot of two original statutes booklets (Καταστατικά) issued in Athens in 1924 by the Armenian Red Cross and the Armenian Blue Cross, documenting the earliest organized welfare efforts of the Armenian refugee community in Greece.

Printed in the immediate aftermath of the Armenian Genocide and the Asia Minor Catastrophe, these publications represent primary-source institutional documents from the formative period of Armenian diaspora organization in interwar Greece.

1) Armenian Red Cross – Athens, 1924
